Need help with digital services or using smart devices?

Digi helpers are voluntary residents who you can ask for assistance and advice on electronic services or using smartphones and computers. They are not experts in everything, but they promise to try to help.

Remember that you are always responsible for your own device and its software. Also, always log in to services that require identification yourself and never give your passwords or identification information to anyone.

It is advisable to familiarize yourself with the guidelines for giving and receiving digital support in advance.
