Ownership Transfer

Notification of the change of property ownership is made to customer service.

When the owner changes, the following must be reported:

• kiinteistön osoite ja uuden omistajan tiedot (nimet, henkilötunnukset / y-tunnus, puhelinnumero ja asukasmäärä)
• vanhan omistajan uusi osoite loppulaskua varten
• lukema vesimittarista omistajanvaihtopäivältä (vastuu lukeman ilmoittamisesta on kiinteistön myyjällä)

Janakkala Water will make a connection agreement with the new owner of the property. The connection agreement will be sent by mail for signing after the move to the property.
